Holy Cross Lutheran Church Congregational Mission Statement (Adopted 1997)

Holy Cross Lutheran Church is a growing family of faith, gathered by the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and that by God’s grace alone we have been saved. Through the gifts of the Holy Spirit, we share the message of the Gospel with all people.

Our faith is continuously renewed by engaging education, and by creative and dynamic worship and music. With our prayers, energy, abilities, and gifts, we strive to be good caretakers of all that God has given us.

We invite everyone to join with us in family-friendly worship, life-long learning, and open fellowship.

 

Some of the basic faith positions taught at Holy Cross are summarized in the brief statement of faith known as The Common Confession — adopted by the congregation in January of 2006.
